General Information
JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test)
The Japanese Language Proficiency Test is a standardised test for certifying proficiency in modern standard Japanese. Background information on the test can be found on the official JLPT website: https://www.jlpt.jp/e/index.html
Exam Date and Venue
The exams at all levels will take place on Sunday, December 6, 2026, in the buildings of the University of Zurich. The JLPT is held in Zurich in December only. No test is offered in July.
